For the pavilion, a porous and compact solution was sought to address the demands of the site and program.  In order to achieve a higher optimization of the façade, a family of modules with self supporting qualities similar to those of masonry blocks, configure a differentiated façade through different aggregations of the same module. The different configurations of this basic module, organizes different degrees of porosity informed by the different adjacencies to the pavilion, such as the pool, the neighboring fence and the actual needs of the pavilion.  Problems in accessing the site necessitated a smaller grained, modulated construction system that would prevent the need to transport large construction units to the site.
