The proposed intervention at Guadalajara is based on a strategic decision to exploit parceling and constructions techniques intended to produce a finer grained mix of land uses.  We proposed the aggregation of flexible housing and live/work units over a landscaped plane. A leisure landscape is introduced to provide a public realm continuous with the surrounding green areas of Guadalajara.
