The landscape proposal for the Seoul City Hall Competition was generated by converting the projected flows through the site into a structuring pattern.  This pattern of trajectories provided the general landscape framework that ordered the distribution of different programmatic areas as well as the different atmospheric zones of the new public spaces around the old and New City Hall buildings.
